Who we are
Review Atlas is run by Travis George, trading as Volibar, in Ireland, and is responsible for the data described here. Questions or requests: support@reviewatlas.gg.
What we collect, and why
- Your email address, when you sign up for the weekly Review Atlas, ask us to email you a quote, or buy a Review Atlas. We use it to send what you asked for. Everyone who gives us an address, buyers included, also gets the free weekly Atlas, and every weekly email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- Your quote: the games, their review counts and the price. None of this identifies you on its own.
- Your order: your email address, what you bought and what you paid, so we can deliver it and keep our accounts. Your card or bank details go to Stripe; we never see them.
- Site visits: we count page views and a few clicks with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn’t identify you.
We send the weekly Atlas because you asked for it, and you can withdraw that at any time. We use your details for quotes and orders because we need them to do what you asked, and we keep order records because tax law requires it.
Who else handles it
- Stripe and Link take payments, as the seller of record under their own privacy policy.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Supabase holds our database, in the EU.
- Vercel hosts the site.
Some of these companies are based in the United States and may handle data there, under the safeguards EU law requires for that. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
You stay on the weekly list until you unsubscribe. We keep a record that you signed up, and will delete it if you ask. Order records are kept for six years, as Irish tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or take a copy with you. Email us and we’ll do it. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
