I have an addiction. A sims addiction. A serious problem, having to be medicated. I've been in the ward multiple times for this. This game has some witchcraft or voodoo attached to it. I can't look away from the screen for hours at a time. I can't escape it. I lose track of days....if you read this far, I'm jk. Sims is a phenomenal game and Sims 4 will always be one of my favorites.

After 12 years, The Sims 4 is finally a decent sequel. However, the base game still lacks enough content to engage the player long-term and each expansion/game pack is too costly for most people, costing as much as a full game while not adding enough content. I recommend looking for a repack that includes all of the expansions, game packs, kits and such. With it, the Sims 4 became my most played Sims game despite lacking features from its predecessors. I recommend Sims 4 because I like the game, but I don't recommend playing it on Steam nor Origin. It is simply far too expensive to play it legitimately. I highly recommend you download Custom Content, because most of the time, the heavy hitters add a lot more than a singular, official expansion pack and enhance the game tenfold.

Cannot recommend due to the people / company that own the game. Basically a giant cash grab making everything a pay add-on. Seriously disappointing. I love sims, dedicated sims 2 & 3 player until recent couple of years.
