Picked the game up again after not playing since 2020. I think there's been plenty of improvements to the gameplay and how smooth it runs.

Blizzard rigs the matchmaking to give you easy games with good teammates then after a few win streaks the match making will pair you with teammates 5 to 10 ranks lower than you and enemies 5 to 10 ranks higher just to make you lose and keep coming back to play the game (I have tested this with multiple accounts). Blizzard thinks if you don’t have any friends you are a loser and punishes you for solo queuing games. You need a minimum of 2 other players to queue together each with the ability to play a different role effectively that is the only way to get some semblance of enjoyment out of this game. Additionally the game has harvested an Incredibly toxic community due to blizzard basically not enforcing any of their own stated rules, rage quitters and throwers basically run rampant on this game to the point where every other game you run into one. These are things that are easily fixable but greed has completely destroyed this game. Solo queueing is basically gambling you pay with your time and sanity. Do yourself a favor and never touch this game if you care for your mental health.
