As far as gatcha goes i would honestly say its one of the most fair on the market and it isnt hard to save for any given character at all, and in some instances spend no money even at pity. I appreciate that the story continues after the first game but you dont have to have the best knowledge to enjoy this one. as far as fan service is concerned yeah there is jiggle, its not a focal point like zzz. gameplay is like fire emblem or xcom, with priority of cover or promptly telling the enemy to stop living. the learning curve comes with elemental weakness and by that I mean you may have to build a character that you didnt want to. the game doesnt feel like a hoyo clone, nor look like one, which at minimum makes it unique in a very diluted pool of gatcha. there are alot of gameplay modes outside of story to explore, minigames that reward pretty well and amazing character writing.

Recommended856 hours playedEnglishI’ve been playing for a year and a half as a paying player, and I still keep a completely F2P alt that progresses just fine. The game never feels like it is punishing you for not spending. The production values are the first thing that hits you. Character models, animations, environments, and the way the girls are written are all a cut above most mobile titles. If you like collecting and raising “wives,” the roster is full of distinct personalities instead of interchangeable pretty faces. If you like guns, every T-Doll is built around a real firearm with attention to how that weapon actually works and looks. Gameplay is turn-based tactics that stays low-pressure. You can play at your own pace, think through a map, and put the phone down without feeling like you missed a daily grind that will ruin your account. It’s genuinely relaxing rather than another second job. Rewards are generous by gacha standards. Events regularly give you currency that converts into pulls, and even the free diamonds can be turned into gacha tickets. Compared with most games in this genre, it is noticeably less predatory. If you enjoy character-collection / “waifu” games and you like firearms, this one is an easy recommendation. Beautiful presentation, playable without spending, and it actually understands both the girls and the guns.

To anyone playing the game: be aware of horrible support provided on purchase bugs I've been playing GFL 1 almost since launch. Loved the game, loved Groza, and jumped straight into GFL2 at launch. There have been ups and downs, but I’ve always tried to support the game financially where I could because I genuinely appreciate the story and tactical gameplay across the franchise. However, this week completely destroyed my goodwill toward the developers. When I purchased a monthly pass, the game lagged, bugged out, and double-charged my Steam account. Because I already had 33 days remaining, the game capped the extension and only credited me 330 Credit Tokens for that second charge—completely discarding the 30 days of Collapse Pieces that make up the actual value of the pass. When I raised a ticket with Customer Support, they openly admitted that duplicate purchases are a known issue. But instead of fixing the client-side lag, issuing a proper refund through Steam, or simply stacking the remaining duration onto my account, support gave me this canned response: "In the case of an accidental duplicate purchase the total duration will not increase and 330 Credit tokens will be refunded." Let’s be completely clear: 330 Credit Tokens is nowhere near the equivalent value of 30 days of Collapse Pieces. A full monthly pass yields roughly 3,000 Collapse Pieces (plus the initial tokens). Swapping an entire month of premium currency drip for a flat 330 tokens—due to an error caused by their billing infrastructure—is outright anti-consumer. When I replied explaining the massive disparity in value, they didn't even bother to investigate or escalate. Instead, they hit me with the classic automated brush-off: "Please rest assured that we take your feedback very seriously. We have forwarded your comments regarding the duplicate purchase mechanism and monthly pass renewal rules directly to our development team for review and consideration." Admitting a bug exists while keeping the money and offering pennies on the dollar isn't "compensation"; it’s effectively taking players' cash and shortchanging the player, and then closing the door with a copy-paste "we value your feedback" macro shows zero respect for paying customers. If an account cannot stack beyond a certain threshold, the storefront should refuse the transaction or immediately flag an automated refund through the payment processor. I want to support this game, but I cannot recommend spending a single cent here until management respects the players funding it. If their payment interface bugs out, do not expect support to make you whole. Save your money, or at the very least, never make a transaction unless your pass has completely expired.
