Ive been working on the game as a localizator and on the Norwegian translation - therefor given the game for free, early. Its been such a cool experience with a fantastic team of translators, helpers and of course Anna, Theresa and Alice. I have around 62 hours on the main game and can wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone, even if youre not usually a horsey person! The whole game is fully drawn by Anna, with no use of generative AI throughout the whole process which is one thing I find both admirable and important! Theres a tonne to do in the game and even 60+ hours into the same savefile I have yet to fully complete the game :) I played the demo a ton before joining the team and I truly, truly love this game - so my opinion is not affected by the fact I didnt pay for the game :) 10/10 would recommend - gifting this to friends and family for the holidays! <3

Horses of Hoofprint Bay have really interesting deep mechanics comparing to other horse games on the market. I like playing this game, but honestly it's tiring for most of the time. It becomes extremely repetitive sooner than later and it's hard to earn money so you'll have to keep grinding it. Grinding those horses, grinding their stats... It genuinely tires me more than my everyday job. I expected to have at least some fun with customization (clothes/horse gear) but it's bare minimum - almost none of that. Don't get me wrong - the game is not that bad! But for this price??? Ugh.
